Alot has happened sinc the last update of the site including a new son born on Valentines Day, another helper for the future!

We have had a new beer on the bar Institutional 8.8% abv strong IPA.

We are planning to purchase more fermenting vessels in the coming weeks to enable the brewery to double the brewing capacity to 24 barrels a week.

Changes have been made to enable double brewing in the same day which means early starts and late finshes! But most important more beer!
